Sometimes people imagine that what if they become beauty who is the envy of all the others. I often also think about that.
Even though people are trying to Stop burying their head, Lookism is rampant in our society yet.
And there are a lot of movies concerned with appearance.
'200 Pounds Beauty' is also one of them.
Han-na (Kim ah-joong) was a kind woman who dreamed of becoming a singer. But the jobs which she only could get was a caller or a back-up singer since she thought that she was too fat to become a singer.
She didn't have any confidence that she could be on stage.
Fortunately, there was a gorgeous guy whose name is Han Sang-joon, and he has always encouraged her and didn't seem to care whether she was fat or not.
And like other movies, there was baddy that always ignored Han-na.
She was a famous and beautiful singer and Han-na have sometimes been bullied by her. The bad girl knew that Han-na had a big crush on Sang-joon and thought she didn't deserve it.
After hard work she finally attained her object.
She had chance to audition and she becam a singer.
she wasn't confident at first but she has developed more and more confidence.
will she also win Sang-joon's heart?
Her appearances affected her dream much.
but it was not everything which had a big impact on her life.
This movie might be just Korean love comedy movie.
but there is something we need to think.
There is more to this than meets the eye.
